What is a good soap or body wash for extremely sensitive skin? - body wash or soap

I did not find very sensitive skin and in the position to a shower gel or soap will not irritate the skin. Irritating, and even water, it is red when I have more than 10 minutes shower. Does anyone know a good perfumes, soaps and shower gels that could work for me?
